You will join a family of 300 experienced and skilled engineers and designers.
You will be the backbone of the GNT global team responsible for the development of world-class software.
- Involve in technical leadership and participate in different phases of the software development cycle from requirements, designs to implementations.
- Troubleshoot and improve current systems and their performance through close collaboration with different product teams.
- Lead a team of programmers in development planning, coaching and training.
- Build a strong team spirit.
- Detailed job will be discussed in the interview.
* Working time: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (From Monday to Friday)
* Working place: 46-48-50-52 B4 Street, Sala Urban Area, An Loi Dong Ward, Dist. 2.

Your Skills and Experience
Required Skills
- Good Java Core.
- Java Web Services development using RESTful or SOAP
- Experienced popular frameworks: Plays, Spring/JavaEE, EBeans ORM, Hibernate…
- Strong Computer Science fundamentals in Algorithms, Data structures, Object - Oriented Programming, Database.
- Strong Database skills in SQL and NoSQL solutions as well as strengths/weaknesses of both.
Nice to have
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 2+ year experience (5+ years for Leader/Manager) in Software Development.
- Manage, support, evaluate and provide guidelines to help team members improve their capabilities.
- Experience in working for Global Company or Japanese Company is a plus.
- Able to communicate in Japanese or English is a big plus.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
For Leader/ Manager level
- Able to research issues and provide technical solutions.
- Must be seen as a leader and mentor to junior developers.
- Conduct code review for junior team members.
- Strong time management skills.
