- Be responsible for projects from planning to release.
- Ensure projects are under control with respect of time, quality and budget objectives.
- Apply agile project management methods.
- Lead team members in their daily tasks regarding requirements engineering or technical explanations.
- Evaluate issues and provides business / technical solutions.
- Report project progress to client, requesting support if necessary.
- Communicate project status to the Contractor, reporting issues together with resolution proposals when help is needed from the Contractor.
- Good hands-on technical skills in web oriented (React or PHP or Java).

Yêu cầu công việc
Your Skills and Experience
- At least 3 years of experience at Project Leader Position.
- At least 8 years of experience related to IT field and management field.
- Experience in web development is required.
- Experience in project management, controlling, requirements engineering management
- Have agile development mindset
- Good communication in English
Nice to have:
- Previous employment with a large software development organization
- Have software design and development experience
- Have experience with REST and JSON
- Have Experience with Angular, React / React native
- Have Experience with Japan company is advantages
