- Fully in charge of product quality for a complex hardware, software, cloud solution.
- Partner together with various external business units as well as internal teams to leverage quality best practices.
- Build up the testing practices of the software department through teaching, hands-on training and modeling.
- Performs analysis of the external and internal product quality data
- Participation as a normal team member on a Software Team including all Team Meetings.
- Model software testing as a whole team, agile, collaborative process. Resisting the “Quality Police” mindset.
- Help teams and stakeholders write appropriate test criteria for each user story during planning meetings

Your Skills and Experience
- At least 3+ years experience
- Preferred experience with Startup environment
- Ability to work effectively on a team
- Ability to capture meaningful logs and screen shots to roll up to developers.
- Deep understanding of SQA methodologies and practices.
- A track record of bug detection and regression skills.
- A shown ability to lead a complete functional area of an application or product.
- Ability to thrive while delivering on tight schedules.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Foresee and prevent problems before they become real.
- Help developers to test product by providing training, tools, and environments.
- Help the team to produce high quality software.
- Evaluate team's output as well as identify improvements needed.
- Prefer Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related studies.
