- Writing the contact center solution, road map for a modern customer journey.
- Making all the material for presentation such as: slide, document, demo system
- Creating the BOM, technical proposal.
- Leading technology contact center workshop with Customer and Partner.
- Delivering customer training courses; application development, installation, troubleshooting
- Creating and executing use cases for customer experience, other logic and user acceptance testing support
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor of IT (SW engineering) or Telecom.
- 3+ years previous CX experience in at least one of the roles of Pre-sales Consultant, Business Analyst and/or Consultative -
- Sales for Contact center solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on needs analysis, positioning, business justifications and closing techniques
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple steams of work simultaneously
- Ability to work and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders
- Ability to solve complex technical and selling situations with proposed resolutions.
- Ability to work effectively, independently and with team members to add value
- Ability to display strong self-initiative and support recommendations with sound thinking and fact-based evidence (data, research, best practices, etc.)
- Be self-motivated, flexible, and show initiative•Proven record of meeting/ exceeding established goals
- Fluent in English
- Willing to travel
