We’re looking for a passionate senior backend engineering developer who is in love with technology, excited about building fintech solutions that service millions of users, curious about life and loves teaching and learning from others. You will build and maintain key parts of our tech stack using best of breed technologies (.Net Core), applying modular, declarative, functional approaches with full end-to-end coverage in the backend.
Biz4x is organized into small, agile, cross-functional teams that work closely with the product team. Ownership is part of our DNA and every member of the team has a say in shaping the product they are working on. We believe in clean code, TDD, and continuous deployment.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C# code
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
- Conduct testing (unit, integration, performance…)
- Research and recommend new technologies
- Develop clear consistent, easy to use APIs
- Analyze and solve all problems across all levels of the stack (Client, Network, API Layer, Server, Database OS)
- Produce clean, secure, testable, maintainable, reusable, well-documented code and participate in regular code reviews

Your Skills and Experience
Requirements:
- 3+ years with strong .NET Core experience or equivalent.
- DB (SQL & Nosql, etc); preferably experienced with different DB types
- Agile Scrum development practices
- Good documentation standards and experience
- Experience building business domain driven reusable microservices with API management solution using microservices design patterns
- Good knowledge of and experience in the Redis/ Elasticsearch, Solr, etc
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and ability to write reusable C# libraries
- Familiar with various design and architectural patterns
- Optimization of the application for maximum speed and scalability
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (Git) and continuous integration
- Experience with Continuous Integration and Automated Testing
- Worked in a microservices oriented company
- An understanding of event-driven systems and relational databases
- Developed and maintained developer facing APIs
- Working knowledge of English (Good command of English will be a plus)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, independent, committed
Optional:
- Experience with Angular JS
- Fullstack Experience
- Knowledge of HTML, Javascript, CSS
- Unit testing and Automation, and CI Experience
- Experience with GoLang is a huge plus
- Experience with building Microservices
- Experience with implementing run-time architecture services (caching, logging, etc.)
