We’re looking for a passionate senior tech leader who is in love with technology, excited about building fintech solutions that service millions of users, curious about life and loves teaching and learning from others. You will build and maintain key parts of our tech stack using best of breed technologies (.Net Core), applying modular, declarative, functional approaches with full end-to-end coverage in the backend.

Biz4x is organized into small, agile, cross-functional teams that work closely with the product team. Ownership is part of our DNA and every member of the team has a say in shaping the product they are working on. We believe in clean code, TDD, and continuous deployment.

Responsibilities

• Act as a team builder who sets the engineering culture, values and focus
• Conduct research and analysis for solving complex tech problems
• Design software solutions that meet business needs and follow software development best practices and standards
• Develop and implement architecture standards, processes and tools
• Stay current on the ever-changing technology industry to ensure developed solutions are following both internal and industry “best practices” and that solutions will meet the needs of the business going forward
• Proficiency in software engineering and software architecture design principles and practices
• Proficiency in web application security standards, policies, guidelines and practices
• Team lead experience with good planning, problem solving and organizational skills
• Excellent teamwork skills with an ability to get the work done with minimal supervision
• Ensure that all our products meet or exceed industry standards
• Be a member of an agile scrum team that takes complete ownership of architecting, designing, developing, testing and delivering
• Keep our code quality high by performing code reviews and making sure code is covered with tests and only good practices are applied
• Assist in defining process models and tool sets to enable adoption of DevOps methodologies
• Ensure timely completion of sprint tasks assigned to you and the team
• Formulate and document the best practices and architectures to develop and manage highly resilient solutions on public and private PaaS and SaaS platforms
