MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strongly serving and supporting the Product Owner and Software Development teams to process business requirements and have the product delivered
• Focus and lead on the successful delivery in a FinTech environment using the most effective Lean and Agile techniques.
• Cross team and department communication (alignment) is critical to delivery success and you will be at the forefront of making this happen.
• Exceptional leadership skills will ensure that you are seen as a role model and able to influence teams with your knowledge and experience of delivery and Agile ways of working.
• Take a proactive, data driven, and experimental approach to solving problems, removing impediments, and investigating opportunities.
• Foster a continuous improvement culture and, through the use of data, the ability to “fail fast and cheaply” and learn from the experience.
• Use the tools (such as JIRA) and data available to you to drive delivery, improve efficiency, understand and help sizing the business initiatives and then track them using charts, throughput and cycle times.
• Regularly report and analyse metrics and insight on the team performance.
• Work with and manage multiple parties to ensure coordination and delivery.
• Empower your team and facilitate the delivery of high-quality products regularly, repeatedly and predictably through a focus on risk management, technical excellence, business value and the needs of the end customer.
