- Daily follow up IT Helpdesk operation, administrate and maintain PCs, laptops, printers, IT devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve PCs, laptops, printers, IT devices related problems.
- IT user’s support operation and other back-office applications, email, etc.
- Explain and help to Staffs when encountering technical problems in the company.
- IT general administration and enhance the network infrastructure and systems, whenever possible.
- IT inventory administration: manage license, software, hardware, up-to-date inventory record for all IT equipment, ...
- IT Procurement follow up buy new IT devices , get support from Vendor, …
- Follow up and support End users ensure all users compliance of IT and network security policies
- IT Service management, undertake IT projects as assigned or approved by IT Manager.
- Carry out other IT related jobs as and when required such as you evolve in the company, you will train other people on IT topics and learn to provide service quality.
- Certification in IT Helpdesk Professional, MCSA, CCNA is preferred
- Good experienced in Helpdesk support and IT operations
- Have basic knowledge Windows Server Active Directory Network, DFS file server system, Database Administration (MySQL server, SQL Server), Mail, etc.
- Able to work independently
- Minimum 2 years IT experience in PC support and troubleshooting, server installation/administration and setting up/maintenance of network.
- Understanding of basic network, VLAN, routers, switches, workstations (laptop and desktop)
- Able to work independently and work directly with foreigners
- Basic English communication.
