- Experience with both Automated and Manual Testing
- Experience with Test Drive Development (TDD)
- White Box Testing
- Understanding acceptance criteria from product standpoint. Ability to make sure it is clearly understood by development team
- Capture relevant information pertaining to design details
- Produces a test plan and collaborates with development on testing acceptance criteria
- Identifies potential usage/configuration conflicts
- Contributes and adheres to QA best practices
- Complete individual tasks within a work team, using the ability to manage multiple priorities and generate innovative problem-solving solutions.
- Solve complex problems independently.
- Mentor less-experienced staff in their career development.
- Generate innovative approaches and solutions to recurring problems.
