We are looking for a skilled UI/UX designer for our SaaS product which includes a responsive web application, an Android app and an iOS app. Our ideal candidate should have the ability to turn client’s visions into intuitive designs, identify user’s pain points and iteratively implement flows that meaningful to users and consecutively, enhancing the value of the product.
- Work closely with Product Managers, and Developers to deliver excellent user experiences
- Create wireframes and mockups or prototypes to articulate the desired experience to wide audiences
- Translate high-level requirements into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces
- Conduct research to identify user requirements
- Review the usability, visual language and integrity of the product regularly
- Design and manage visual guidelines of the project
- Implement and iterate on designs and flows to ensure consistency across product’s platforms.
- For senior candidate
- make high-level contributions to product strategy by identifying new opportunities and generating solutions, and improving existing features
- Help facilitate the processes, tools, and specifications required to deliver an exceptional product experience as a senior member of the design team

Your Skills and Experience
Must-have skills
- At least 1 year hands-on experience in UI design of responsive web app and mobile applications (Android/iOS)
- Knowledge of usability, design principles and their appliance difference across platforms
- Expertise in standard UI/UX software such as Sketch, Axure, Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), etc.
- Good understanding of web element properties, basic HTML/CSS, Bootstrap CSS framework for responsive web
- Solid experience in creating wireframes, personas, storyboards, user flows, and mockups
- Working well as a team member in a fast-paced, agile environment. Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
- Strong communication skills and logical thinking skills.
- Proficient in English communication
Nice-to-have skills
- Being able to code HTML/CSS
- Knowledge of design system, like Google’s Material Design, Salesforce’s Lightning Design System, etc.
- Understanding of modern web design patterns/strategies (like single page application, mobile-first approach, adaptive web design, etc.)
- Experience in designing large scale, cross-platform applications
