Summary
Oriente office has an opportunity for a professional and experienced individual to fill the role of IT Manager/Director. In this position, the successful applicant will be responsible for leading regional projects to be completed in Vietnam on the following but not limited to: networking, NOC, security, Active Directory.

Responsibilities
1. Report to local Head of Technology and Regional Head of IT
2. Assist Regional Head of IT on regional projects progress
3. Lead local IT/NOC/DevOps to make sure the business run well
4. Build and maintain Oriente owned NOC/Monitoring Website
5. Vendor management

1. 5+ years’ experience managing technical teams
2. Strong technical background (Preferable in networking and Linux area)
3. Familiar with monitoring tool (Zabbix/Grafana etc.) and web site building
4. Experience overseeing a complex IT environment involving constantly-shifting priorities
5. Ability to meet deadlines and manage stress effectively in high-pressure situations
6. Understanding of IT principles and an ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to a varies audience.
7. Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality required
8. English should be good enough to communicate in writing/speak/listening.
