Responsibilities
- Program Manage the Information Assurance Program at TenPoint7
- Monitor all controls and collect periodic logs and reports as required by the controls
- Project Manage all on-going improvements and repetitive tasks for the program
- Conduct and record required periodic meetings
- Remediate identified issues
- Provide executive level period reports on the program
- Assess and identify risks within and beyond existing controls
- Improve and optimize business processes supporting the program
- Assure employee training occurs as determined by the program
- Develop creative solutions for real business challenges
- Where application automate logging and reporting of controls including alerting capabilities
- Continually increase personal knowledge, training and certifications in the information and security arena
- Help design, document and maintain system processes
- Communicate key insights and findings to product team and executive team in a timely manner.

For more information about What You Do:
You will manage and continually improve the Information Assurance Program at TenPoint7 focused on our cloud platform, applications, and business practices, assuring that TenPoint7 Cloud is a secure system that adheres to numerous security industry standards while always maintaining your focus on the protection of our customer’s data assets. You will manage the information assurance business policies and procedural controls while working collaboratively with the security experts that are responsible for the technical aspects of the program.
You have a unique opportunity to develop highly sought-after skills that combine technical acumen and operational expertise with risk-based analysis and strategic planning to provide effective oversight of enterprise vulnerability management and application security. You will play a key role in assessing and challenging current and proposed information assurance controls to identify, assess, and help manage risk. This critically important role includes program management, project management, employee training, controls review, risk identification, risk assessment, logging and reporting, remediation, and optimization of processes, controls, and security capabilities.

Your Skills and Experience
- BS/BA in Business, Management, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or equivalent experience required; MS / MBA strongly preferred
- Previous experience in information assurance or business analysis or quality assurance
- Proven experience in documenting, executing, and managing business processes
- Ability to manage projects consisting of team members from executive management, technology management, software engineers, and business professionals
- Balanced expertise in both strategy development and program execution
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision making skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Effective time-management skills and the ability to prioritize work assignments
- Knowledge in generating process documentation, process logs, and review of technical reports
- Desire to experience startup life and build a great company
- Familiarity with controls and control frameworks (e.g. NIST Cybersecurity Framework, NIST 800-53, CIS Top 20, OWASP, ISO, COBIT, etc.)
Applicable Certifications
- Project Management Certification (e.g. PMP, PMI-ACP, CAPM)
- Professional security management certification; e.g. Certified Authorization Professional (CAP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC)
