For one of our clients, TOG recruitment is looking for DevOps Manager to work with a young and innovative team in Ho Chi Minh city. As such, you always will be working with the latest proven technologies in a state of the art office with an open environment. The DevOps Manager will work closely together with partners outside Vietnam and will join one of the SCRUM development cycles. Daily stand up video conferences can or will be part of the job. Therefore English training courses are provided to improve English communication skills.

- Communicate directly and collaborate closely with our counterparts in Holland
- Focus on product stability management, work to address the management and coordination of the product from development through production.
- Work on more of the technical details and hurdles in which a traditional project manager would not be involved.
- Work to set up the process by which the product will be produced on a larger scale and figure out how it will be distributed to consumers

Requirements:
- Has to oversee the coordination, integration, and flow of development, testing, and deployment to support continuous delivery.
- Focus not just on creating, but also maintaining the end-to-end application and delivery tool chain.
- Ability to adapt to changes, take up multiple roles based on project demands and ensure the best results
- Highly organized in order to oversee projects from idea conception, to development and implementation
- Proficiency in the design and development of on premise, cloud and hybrid solutions using Microsoft Azure.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure
- High level conceptual, strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Able to make technical decisions and solve problems
- Able to make plans (for short and long terms)

Education:
- BS Degree required
- Advanced Degree beneficial
