Our company is looking for an Operation Manager to support its expansion. As OM, you will be responsible for the management of core business operations. We are seeking an individual who is able to tackle critical projects and problems without oversight. You must be an expert in office operations with a clear and comprehensive understanding of the inner-workings of IT software or financial institutions. This is a unique opportunity to join a young, professional and ambitious team within the fast-growing leasing market.

Your responsibilities:
Responsible for the overall effectiveness of the internal operations
Develop all related policies, procedures, and controls to ensure effective and efficient operations
Evaluate the results of overall operations regularly and systematically and develop reports to present operating results to the VP of Operation
Lead the preparation of short-term and long-term operating plans and budgets based on organizational goals and growth objectives
Continuously ensure compliance with relevant regulations
Team Development
Lead and develop the teams to ensure their professional growth
Ensure staff receives appropriate training
Support recruitment function for operations team

About Us:
Trusting Social is a Fintech and Artificial Intelligence company that pioneers alternative credit scoring for emerging markets using telecom data and other new data sources.

We aim to provide 1 billion credit scores to the unbanked consumers who currently do not have access to formal credit. Ideally 8-10 years of experience in an IT Software or FinTech or Financial institution
Experience developing and implementing strategic and operational plans.
Excellent organizational, planning, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
High level of customer service and strong willingness to work in the field
Experience managing and motivating staff
Excellent interpersonal, communication and training skills
Excellent technical report writing skills and computer literacy
Excellent English proficiency, both written and spoken
