- Cooperate with Resource Manager on resource management
- Allocate members for ticket development and manage dev timelines
- Work/communicate with USPM on project goals, project status, timelines, deployment schedule, issues, clarification whatever needed to get things done well
- Participate in ticket clarification with USPM and client when needed
- Ensure quality of the team (ticket, resources, team efficiency)
- Review/evaluate team member
- Escalation point from team and support them on issues when needed
