As Front End Engineer in a cross-functional software development team, you will work with our clients and development team members to create exceptional software that helps our clients grow their businesses. Specifically, you will have a deep understanding of the business logic, visualize the big picture to identify and analyze key issues and recommend effective solutions; build polished, user-centered front-end application code for your team's MVC applications; iteratively improve the design and information architecture of the entire application; and collaborate with your cross-functional team members. In addition, you'll stay current on emerging technologies, help us push the boundaries of what's possible with creative solutions, and continue to develop your skills as a member of an agile development team.

Your Skills and Experience
You will be successful with AltSource if you have:
- 5+ years of Development experience on enterprise software projects utilizing Javascript, CSS, HTML, or VueJS or other Front-End frameworks.
- Solid understanding of information management, feature management, and DOM.
- Experience creating simple, intuitive interfaces for rich-client web applications.
- Understand the fundamental principles of user-centered design, usability, and application design.
- Experience designing for mental models versus implementation models.
- Able to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Strong team skills and are able to work effectively with a small group of peers.
- If possible, experience with graphic design and applications like PS, AI, InVision, or other applications.
