Founded in 2007, AES Technologies is a leading Real Estate Application Provider. We are a highly innovative software house, systems integrator and technology provider, established to provide leading edge intelligent technical solutions and consulting services to Real Estate businesses, Finance Institutions, Hotel operators, Travel organizations and government bodies.
We are looking for an IT Support to provide enterprise-level assistance to our customers. Your responsibilities include diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems and help manage our global VoIP service. You will use email and chat applications to give clients quick answers to simple IT issues.
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for testing, deployment, maintenance, performance optimization, and automation of our systems based on Windows and other open-source software
- Logging the queries of customers and employees
- Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
- Testing and evaluating new technology
- Following instructions, either written or in diagram form, in order to set up a system or fix a fault
- Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures
- Communicate with customers on technical and non-technical matters and perform continuous process improvement to all support and maintenance activities

Yêu cầu công việc
Your Skills and Experience
- Working experience in IT System and Application Support
- Knowledge of setting up and installation of computer and networking equipment
- Experience in Microsoft Office applications as well as Windows Operating Systems
- Experienced in Network configuration and troubleshooting such as routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, VLAN
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software
- Excellent in troubleshooting, problem solving, and analytical skills.
- Basic knowlegde of VoIP system is a plus
- Able to communicate in English
