(1) comprehend customer Requirements for system development
Our project case (sample)
- membership and event management system
- job matching service
- Inventory and costing management system
(2) Create test case
(3) Manage Project schedule
- make WBS, allocate detailed task to project members and monitor the status (actual/plan)
- set priority for project issues and provide evidences in order to have customer to make decision
(4) Customer relationship
- Communicate and report to Project team in Japan (via chatwork, backlog, and documents)

- Strong knowledge of Java or PHP
- Cent OS on AWS
- MySQL
- Basic knowledge of security
- 10 years web developer experience with Java or PHP
- At least 2 years team management experience, team size is more than 5 members.

Soft Skills
- Reading and writing in English fluently, Speaking fluently is preferred
- Advanced communication skill for team member management, for negotiation with customer
- can contribute to team and customer.
- Good problem-solving skill.
