Lead the development team to build practical enterprise social solutions for big customers.
Define the system architecture and lead the team to integrate our social solutions into the existing customers’ IT infrastructure.
Solve complex performance problems as well as architectural challenges in integrated systems.
Manage the technical aspects of the development team:
- Define coding guideline and build training documents for team members.
- Do estimation, breakdown and assign tasks to developers and track the progress of their tasks.
- Manage and train the team about coding quality and coding optimization.
- Support and guide team members to solve difficult technical problems.
Cooperate and support other teams in the organization about technical solutions as well as final project delivery.
Build efficient, testable, and reusable enterprise social network products
Research about new technology and solutions to propose improvements for products and projects.

Your Skills and Experience
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/IT-related field.
- At least 5 years experience in working with complex web project with proven products/projects.
- At least 3 years experience in the Leader position with a team size >= 5 for PHP-based projects.
- Must possess strong web development skills including PHP, MySQL, NodeJS, HTML5, CSS3, Javascript (jQuery, ES6), Responsive Web Design with Bootstrap, WebRTC, etc.
- Must have deep knowledge about building scalable web projects on Linux (preferred CentOS) systems. The candidate must master scalable-related technologies including multi-server applications under Load Balancers (w/ HAProxy, Nginx), MySQL (or Percona/ MariaDB) Database Replication and Cluster, Database Partitioning, etc.
- The Candidate must be fluent in how to profiling PHP-based application using popular profiling/debugging tools (XDebug, XHProf, Retrace, etc.).
- The Candidate must be fluent in detecting and analyzing inefficient database queries and be able to optimize for better performance achievement.
- Excellent knowledge of web application architecture and OOP programming style. Understanding accessibility and security compliance.
- Good leadership skill, be able to gain the trust and respect of your teammates.
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills.
- Hard-working, be able to achieve progress commitment.
