1. Define sales strategy for team’s assigned product (including marketing investigation, targeting, activity plan)
2. Make appointments with appropriate persons in charge in potential customers to have a close interview with appropriate persons in customers and identify hidden issues behind their business processes
3. Understand customers' business goal and issues deeply and explain background why they need to solve issues. Manage customers' expectations to meet their requirement with our capabilities
4. Make a proposal document with cooperating with other team members (Dev/CS team)
5. Close the order and process the contract procedure correctly.
6. Attain and exceed individual and team sales targets.
7. General tasks in managing team are assigned by manager.

• Graduated from University, major in Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 4-6 years of the experience in Sales position, having Sales experiences in IT industry is a plus.
• Have Sales experiences in Japanese company or foreign company
• Having experience in a particular industry such as manufacturer, service, logistics, retail, etc. or in a particular system solution.
• Sales skill, Solving problems skill, Presentation/Communication/Negotiation skill, ability to motivate teams, participate in and facilitate group meetings, delegate jobs.
• Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions to support team’s goals.
• Microsoft office
• Customer oriented, active and open mind.
• Good in English is mandatory, Japanese is a plus.

2. Beside NET salary, employee will get the bonus 2 times per year according to working performance periodically and company profit.
