We’re looking for an experienced addition to our team.  You are a strong engineer that can design and build API endpoints and services to support those APIs. You should be able to manipulate data, optimize entity groups, and understand the different trade-offs one has to make when building applications that scale.

What you'll be doing

• Designing APIs and core services.
• Use various tools such as Java 8, Angular 2, PostgreSQL, Pentaho, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS Tools (SNS, SQS etc), SOLR Search and more.
• Implement the code with server-side languages through best practice framework in known languages such as Java and Python.
• Architecting services that enable new product features.
• Automated test-driven development, Unit/system testing.
• Building out newly enabled product features.
• Monitoring system up-time and errors to drive us toward a high performing and reliable product.
• Work with the Scrum team to define detailed technical tasks to deliver the road-map features
• Interface with 3rd party vendors internationally and drive technical communication as required.
• Develop procedures and scripts for continuous improvement and repeatable processes alongside the DevOps team.
• Assist in technical direction for internal data models by coordinating with internal groups
• Produce client-focused reports and logs of operations performed, including error reporting
• Participate in detailed design and product test execution as required, facilitate the resolution of production issues and ensure availability, reliability, manageability, and security of the product.
