As a Business Analyst, you will
› Study to understand software requirements documents
› Transfer your understanding to other team and ensure they understand right
› Clarify unclear or inconsistent points in requirement
› Unblock team member on business questions
› Review test cases
› Retain business knowledge
› Write detailed user story/specs from general specifications

We expect you to have:
› Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
› At least 3-5 years of professional experience in one of the related activities
› Passion about complex business
› Good skill at data model, documentation, and presentation
› Analytical and structured work method, attention to details, critical thinking
› Proficient communication skills in English
› Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility and a strong team spirit
Certification in the area of process or requirements engineering or business analysis; and experience in the application of tools for business process modeling would be a plus

ELCA Vietnam started with six people. Today we are a production facility with more than a hundred employees. During the same period ELCA Switzerland tripled its workforce to over 450 engineers. We contributed fully to this success and the group has gained in flexibility and reduced its risks.
