o Participate in AMS/ Roll out/ Implementation projects
o Receive and handle from customer’s incidents and change request.
o Analyze new incident/change request and discuss with the key process
owners to define the solutions or workaround actions.
o Perform, test and document business processes configurations
o Develop functional specifications and assist technical team in developing
programs to meet functional requirements
o Analyze customer business requirements, needs and objectives and map
them to SAP solutions and processes to be implemented
Yêu cầu công việc
o Bachelor Degree or higher degree in relevant major for SD/ MM /PP
o 2 to 5 YRS experience of SAP MM /SD / Logistics
o Customer focused with excellent problem-solving skills
o Excellent analytical and presentation skills
o Strong interpersonal skills, good teamwork player
o Good communication both English and Vietnamese
o Able to travel outside Ho Chi Minh.
