Schedule compliance:
- All aspects of project management for medium to large-scale projects including process improvement and marketing launches.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
- Simultaneously manage the day-to-day execution of reporting and planning tasks of keeping projects on-track and think “big-picture” to drive toward strategic goals.
- Report on the projects once completed in terms of development time and other costs.
- Work closely (review progress) with team leads to build strong bridges between business stakeholders and teams.
- Lead projects to improve reliability, security and performance of our websites and the data feeds that support them.
- Collaborates with leads to explore existing systems, determines areas of complexity, potential risks to successful implementation, learns the applications capabilities.
- Coding is completed or not, has the unit test done or not, the result of customer review is satisfactory or not.
- Investigate the customer's plan and create a corresponding schedule, confirm, and follow it.
Minimize the bug:
- Minimize "bugs" occurring when delivery products to clients.
- Operate the project with the mind-set: The period for the client’s check isn’t the time to find bugs but the time to ensure that the product is a perfect one.

Your Skills and Experience
- Experience with project tracking tools (Jira/Trello/Teamworks/Redmine…) is higtly desirable.
- Proficient Verbal and Written Communication capabilities in English and Vietnamese.
- Proven leadership, initiative and strong partnership building.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Experience with projects in multiple technologies and functions.
- Very solid understanding of project management and development.
- Have a sense of ownership/leadership or projects assigned.
- Able to exercise sound judgment in the identification and resolution of business issues related to projects.
- Proven ability to work well with marketing, sales, development and others.
- Are able to facilitate (lead meetings, negotiate conflicts, build teams, group dynamics and enable creative thought processes for everyone involved in the project).
- Ability to push projects forward to completion and manage several projects at once.
PLUS:
- Project Management Certification (PMP/ Certified Scrum Master)
- Two years’ experience leading IT projects in focused on product and business operations/processes
- Must have good knowledge about: JavaScript, Web Application, Mobile Development. React JS, React native is plus.
