We are looking for a skilled technician to help us to
- Support daily IT operations, such as installation / removal / upgrade of hardware (e.g. Brightsign) and software and technical documents etc.
- Provide remote support and troubleshoot for hardware replacement and software upgrade for end users about IT facilities
- Coordinate with vendor on software upgrade
- Respond support calls / emails / messages in a timely manner
- Handle other IT related ad-hoc tasks when required
- Develop display panes with HTML / CSS / JS
- Self-motivated, pro-active and quick learning

Flexible Working hour :

Your Skills and Experience
- Diploma or above with at least 1 year working experience is an advantage
- Interested in programming , familiar with IT solution would be an advantage
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Good team player, self-motivated, good communication skills
- Candidates with less experience will also be considered.
- Good of English communication (Chinese / Cantonese is an highly preferred)
- Immediate available is highly preferred
