* RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, manage & improve IT processes in accordance with policies, regulations, standards, international frameworks, best practices and actual conditions.
- Research, suggest improvements to supporting tools to manage and operate developed processes.
- Support the communication and training of the processes for relevant centers/departments involved in the processes
- Assess compliance of processes with policies, regulations, procedures periodically in the IT division.
- Promote the development and monitoring progress of the action plan to solve the issues arising after compliance assessment.
- Support centers/departments in ensuring the viability and effectiveness of the IT processes. Ensure quality of IT services to meet the requirements of other units in the Bank.
- Other tasks as assigned by IT Division Management and ITSM department Manager.

* REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree in IT, Banking and Finance, or Quality Control
- Have developed, managed, improved and assessed compliance of IT processes.
Understand international IT frameworks and best practices about process improvement and compliance such as ITIL, COBIT, Six Sigma
- Understand products, services and IT tools in the banking sector.
- 3 years of experience working in the field of IT or process/service management and improvement.
- English (reading/writing: good, speaking/listening: fluent conversation)
- Quick learning, proactive, responsible
- Work effectively under minimum supervision
- Reporting, presentation and training skills.
- Effective communication skills
Work independently and in a team
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
