Responsibilities
The Head of HR position will be responsible for providing outstanding service, high quality advice and solutions to help the TYME business build and maintain an effective workforce, performing at its best.
This role is required to act as an internal HR business partner and effectively partner with people leaders and the General Director to design and implement people plans and processes that:
• Respond to the evolving business contexts
• Drive measurable, people, customer and business outcomes
• Increase employee and business performance
• Engage and develop a superior workforce
You will be known by customers as a business savvy business partner/consultant, who adds value through insightful and impactful advice and guidance.

You will be expected to perform the following tasks and responsibilities in a manner consistent with the company's values and people capabilities:

* HR management and services for business activities:
• Builds up & development of effective HR policies to optimize staff retention, meeting objectives with regards to internal equity and external market competitiveness
 Job evaluation; salary benchmarking & administration; short-term and referral incentive plans; expatriate compensation; executive compensation; workers compensation; salary packaging
 Analyze and evaluate external market data and internal data about the current and projected employee population to develop salary budgets and forecasts
• Payroll administration: Oversight monthly payroll procedure, payments process as verified and approved by General Director and Chief Accountant
• Administer an effective compensation and benefits function in accordance with the Group’s established policies so that employees receive the appropriate compensation and benefits for their position:
 PIT calculation, report and filing: Handle personal income tax (PIT) monthly declaration and yearly finalization as well as relevant reports when necessary
 Responsible for full processes of government mandatory benefits, including social insurance, health insurance and unemployed insurance to ensure timely benefits for employees and compliance with government regulations
 Responsible for company’s additional benefits programs, such as healthcare plans, personal accident, group life insurance, leave of absence, and other incentive plans for Vietnamese staff members to ensure proper and timely benefits for employees
 Apply employee benefit policy related knowledge and skill sets to determine current benefit trends and compare with legislated requirements and programs
• Development of effective and legally compliant HR policies and procedures
• Management of employment statutory requirements in line with local laws/regulations e.g. keep abreast of all changes & issues in the Vietnam Labour Code and regulations and proactively prepare back-up actions for the Group’s policies and procedures; employees registrations, PIT / SHUI obligations and contributions
• Build and provide on-going administration of the Human Resource Management System
• Recruitment services: Hands-on experience in Delivering new staff facilitation, onboarding process & procedures, reference checking and induction/ orientation presentation etc. Experience in Employer Branding and Employee Engagement activities.
• Develop and implement the organization's training and development strategy so that the skills and performance of employees meet the organization's current and future needs
• Develop and implement the organization's employee relations strategy to ensure the organization's interests are well-represented
• Key external relationships with Tax, Immigration, DOLISA & other regulatory bodies

* HR Support activities:
• Internal support: Collaborate with other departments for all HR related processes and functions, and provide necessary HR services and support.
• External support: Provide HR support to other related HR functional Department of IFS Hong Kong.
• Conduct other HR activities as assigned by the IFSHR leadership team from time to time

* Other:
• Other general support activities as assigned by the General Director from time to time.

Minimum:
• Stakeholder management.
• Demonstrable achievements in managing complex situations where “influencing” and practical outcomes are paramount to achieving success.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and sound judgment.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated individual who displays a “can-do” pro-active style and desire to provide excellent service to customers.
• Experience in global organizations, particularly Vietnam, with a good understanding of the cultures/labour law.
• Understanding of a local markets business.
• Understanding of local’s talent pool and oversea workforce.
• Good knowledge and experience working with expatriates.
• Resilience to deal with a fast paced, highly demanding client group.


Essential:
• Bachelor’s Degree / Post Graduate Studies or equivalent in Human Resource
• Excellent English (4 skills)
Desirable:
• Experienced working in IT industry, prefer FinTech sector
• Business-oriented and Entrepreneurship mind set
