Tóm tắt công việc
- Có trách nhiệm xây dựng kế hoạch hoạt động, theo dõi đầu mục công việc, tiến độ triển khai của đội Thiết kế.
- Đảm bảo sự hài lòng của người dùng khi trải nghiệm tất cả các tính năng / chức năng chính của sản phẩm.
- Tổ chức nhóm triển khai các sản phẩm thiết kế:
- Đưa ra phương án thiết kế cho các dự án về giao diện, giao diện web mobile, ứng dụng di động, trải nghiệm người dùng. .
- Chịu trách nhiệm và tiến độ các công việc của cả nhóm
- Quản lý tài nguyên thiết kế đầu vào và đầu ra của cả nhóm.
- Nghiên cứu, tìm hiểu, phân tích hành vi người dùng trên những dòng sản phẩm cụ thể, phục vụ các đối tượng cụ thể, đưa ra phương án cho giao diện người dùng, trải nghiệm người dùng trên từng thành phần của sản phẩm (Website /Mobile)
- Nghiên cứu các xu hướng thiết kế mới, cập nhật phong cách thiết kế và sáng tạo m
Yêu cầu công việc
- Kinh nghiệm từ 3 năm trở lên
- Sử dụng thành thạo các phần mềm chuyên nghiệp: Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Sketch, Invision, Axure, Heatmap, Hotjar
- Am hiểu về UI/UX, biết tự chủ động nghiên cứu và cập nhật các xu hướng UI/UX mới trong lĩnh vực web/mobile, hiểu rõ các nguyên tắc và yếu tố của thiết kế.
