▪ Develop and maintain detailed Transportation project plans to ensure on time and on budget project success.
▪ Provide hands on support to teams to accomplish project goals. Track progress of each project and communicate to appropriate levels.
▪ This leadership role is also responsible for the development and implementation of scorecards and metrics to enable maximum efficiency and cost savings initiatives.
▪ Ensure efficiency and effectiveness for all projects. Initiate and implement process improvements.
▪ Drive prompt and thorough problem resolution to prioritize/track/complete gaps and issues until final resolution.
▪ Engage appropriate resources across businesses and functions (Fulfillment, Technology team…) during all project stages/phases.
▪ Manage and develop a team of 1->2 employees to carry out daily tasks.
Yêu cầu công việc
▪ Experience with in project management is the must and understanding transport operations is desired.
▪ Excellent communication skills verbal and written. High level of competencies in Excel and Powerpoint.
▪ Ability to multi-task, meet tight deadlines and adjust priorities on demand.
▪ A proven track record in implementing projects, metrics and efficiencies.
