Your Skills and Experience
General requirements:
- Good English communication skills (especially reading and writing)
- Likely to have 3+ years of experience (flexible depending on how fast your learning and technical developing capability are)
- Ability to obtain deep knowledge of the project technologies and work independently with minimum guidance
- Ability to self-learn and adapt to new technologies quickly
- Familiar with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, XP, Kanban)
Technical requirements:
- Fluent in Java and J2EE technologies to develop web-based applications
- Good in at least one technologies such as Javascript, jQuery, Bootstrap, ReactJS, NodeJs, Angular, KnockoutJS …is plus
- Strong experience with OO design and design patterns
- Good experience with unit testing: JUnit, mock
- Strong experience with web-based technologies: Spring (Spring Core, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data) and ORM (JPA, Hibernate)
- Experience with software development principles such as SOLID, DRY
- Experience with writing efficient SQL queries
- Experience with Web Service, Micro-services is plus
Nice to have:
- Experience in Technical Lead role to lead a small team (4-5 members)
- Experience with web/application server Tomcat, JBoss, Glassfish
- Experience with Spring Integration
- Experience with middleware EJB, JMS
- Experience with JSF
- Experience with build and deployment using Maven/Ant/Gradle
- Cloud computing, big data
