Responsibilities:
- Full execution of the recruitment process (including job posting, phone interviewing, job interviewing, regular communication with candidates and team leader/supervisor) including the recruitment administration; negotiate contract term, salary with candidates; sending employment confirmation to successful candidate; etc.,

- Actively search resume on various recruitment channels to get sufficient and qualified numbers CVs for recruitment requirements;

- Screening cv, shortlist candidates for further process;

- Coordinate with team leader, director other colleagues in other sites for making interview appointment;

- Builds applicant sources, data by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites;

- Manages posting of job vacancies at the best performing recruitment channels (responsiveness, quality and costs);

- Draft or revise job description when assigned;

- Other duties as and when assigned by supervisor.

- University degree, major in English, Business Administration, Commerce, HR, etc.,
- Proven 2 year experience as HR staff, major in recruitment and training; or as recruiter in headhunter company; prefer experiences working in or for ITC field;
- Familiar with recruitment on multi- media means of recruitment: face book, linked in, etc.,
- Active, hardworking, enthusiastic, willing to work over time; love contact and networking with people;
- Good at MS office;
- Excellent communication in English (always conduct interview in English with local or foreigners).
