We work on big marketplaces for cars, real estates with over 10 million monthly visits.
In our agile and international teams, we continue to develop our platforms. We research, design, measure, test, automate and release together - and learn from each other. - Deliver mockup and designs to solve the problem, aligned to the style guide and design system.
- Conceptualize flows, interactions, layouts and UI patterns for web and apps?.
- Communicate and in constant exchanges with the cross functional teams to explain as well to improve the proposed design solutions.
- Come up with various design alternatives and execute A/B testing to optimize designs.
- Data and user-driven driven mindset and let data and user guide your design decisions.
- Proactively share your learnings and insights in UX-Guild and to the team.
- Proactively acquire knowledge in ux best practices for usability in both web and mobile platform.
- Contribute to maintenance and improvements of the design system (components, patterns..) and guidelines.
- Be autonomous and take full ownership of your work.

Your Skills and Experience
- Excellent skills in English communication (both written and spoken) – TOEIC 650+ or equivalent.
- Over 4 year experience in cross device design (web and mobile) and a strong design portfolio. We especially value experiences for consumer facing applications such as marketplace and e-commerce product.
- Expert proficiency with Sketch and other design tools like Invision, Zeplin, Principle, Figma etc. Can work with photoshop or illustrator if required?
- Strong system thinker with pragmatic mindset.
- Strong passion for functional and usable designs.
- Excellent visual design and layout skills and color sensibilities and skills.
- Experience collaborating closely with a variety of multiple UX disciplines (concept, prototyping, visuals, design thinking, design sprints).
