Primary Role:
Bridge SE works with project team and owns the responsibilities of ensuring project team understanding on requirement from Japan, acts as a contact point from project team with Japan counterpart or customer.

*May have opportunity to go onsite at DXC Japan.

Working Relationships:
• Report directly to supervisor(s) and/ or onsite/Offshore Project Manager / Project lead / Dev lead base on the report from Project Manager / Project lead or Dev lead
• Interact with internal/external client counterparts
• Provide Japanese support to the technical team

Professional Responsibilities :
• Translate document from Japanese-Vietnamese, Vietnamese-Japanese
• Contact with DXC Japan counterpart or customer via email, phone, conference
• Understand project’s requirement and transmit information to engineer
• Translate exchange information between Japanese customer and DXC Vietnam employee 
• BrSE will send the Summary progress of Vietnam team to report to onsite counterparts including designers, test leaders, PMs based on input from offshore project lead, offshore lead

Your Skills and Experience

Professional Requirements:
• At least 01 years working in IT industry 
• Strong at Japanese writing, listening, speaking and reading comprehension skills (equivalent at JLPT N2 and/or above)
• Having at least 01 years of experience on translating and interpreting Japanese –Vietnamese, Vietnamese –Japanese 
• Experience working as a Bridge SE with Vietnam is a plus
• Understanding about Japanese culture and Japanese business manner is a plus
• Good understanding in IT Outsourcing service is a plus
• Soft skills required: good team work, good communication and be able to work under pressure; professional working manner is required (Move interpersonal skill to Senior level)

Education/Training Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree; 
• At least N2 in Japanese language proficiency
• Graduate from University in Japan is a plus 
• Good English skill is a plus
• Have knowledge regarding Life Insurance is a plus
• Have IT knowledge about IT process/ life cycle is a plus
• Possess technical skill is a plus
