- Evaluating client’s business processes, collecting requirements, uncovering areas for improvement
- Conducting meetings and presentations with clients
- Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts
- Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staffs

- A Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer science or related field
- Expert verbal and written English and Vietnamese language skills
- Experience within Agile methodology is a plus
