As an important part of Operation Excellence Department, Process Engineer will help to bring Tiki Operations to the next level of efficiency, beginning from Fulfilment Center ground floor.
Job Description
Understand and standardize process
Process improvement
Work though all the end-to-end process of the Tiki Supply Chain, physically and systematically to capture the processes
Work with operation owners to understanding how they use the processes in practical environment
Standardize and document the process across all function and operation centers
Standardize operation metrics and measurements
Applied IE technique to find the opportunity for efficiency improvement
Propose improvements on the system or process
Follow up the improvement projects
Yêu cầu công việc
Experience in WH/ Fulfilment Center Operation
Firm background in Industrial and System Engineering is a plus
Be well-organized and always keep high standard in work
Have ability to work independently or work in team with high ownership & responsibility
Can work under pressure
Can communicate well with stakeholder from all levels and all areas.
