Tóm tắt công việc
• To coordinate with Managers, Purchasing Division and Accounting Division in order to issue PO, register sales order.
• To control Project documents (Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, Backlog)
• To follow delivery schedule of projects
• To ensure record of project order receipt/sales by system
• To contact customer in order to get PO, completion report
• Other tasks as assigned.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Good Japanese (equivalent to N3)
• At least 1 year of experience as planning staff or sales admin
• Professional skill in MS office program
• Have various relevant skills:
+ Service-minded and hard working
+ Proactive to problem solving
