DESCRIPTION
Report directly to Head of Supply Chain, Purchasing and Supplier Management Manager is a critical operation role in the whole Tiki Supply Chain who responsible for the key metrics of Tiki business. She/he will also take part in building and improving all the processes and systems related to purchasing operation and supplier management. This position will require the ability to influence stakeholders including FCs, MD, Supplier Finance and Planning team

Job Description
- Lead the Order Placement team, MD Accounting and Supplier Management team in daily operation regarding placing order, payment and keep track of - Supplier Performance
- Build process and system:
- Discuss with relevant teams to streamline and automate the process of Purchasing
- Building Dashboard for tracking the key objectives as well as operation performance of the participated parties in Purchasing process
- Control all the risk related to supply, including supplier stock availability, operation disruption, credit performance…
- Propose action plan and communicate with stakeholders to ensure supply continuality base on the data from Demand planning team.
- Keep track the operation performance of the participated parties in Purchasing process and work with them for improvement.

REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in Planning/ Purchasing/ Merchandising Operation in Retail/ FMCG Industry
- Leadership experience in an operational function
- A strive-for-excellence mindset for people, system and process
- Can work under pressure with highest ownership
- Can communicate well with stakeholder from all levels and all areas. English is a must
