JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Follow the full lifecycle of projects and in-charge phase from Functional Design to Integration Test
- Join in a variety of software development projects for both domestic and international customers
- Create system design specifications independently
- Do implementation as well as conducting reviews for others
- Provide and coach technical guidance and proper instructions to lower level members
- Other relevant assigned tasks from Manager
- Details to be further discussed at the interview

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in software development more than 4 years
- Have good knowledge in Java technology: Spring, Java Core…
- Have project management experience such as progress management, project management, Quality management etc., in addition to experience in managing the team members
- Have experiences in Retail business, especially in POS would be an advantage
- Strong leadership, problem solving as well as teamwork skills with pro-active and independent concentration
- Good in English skill and preferable to have Japanese language skill
- Good in logical thinking and able to work under high pressure
