For one of our clients, TOG recruitment is looking for a Project Manager to work with a progressive and innovative team in Ho Chi Minh city. Our client is one of the leading software companies in Switzerland, based in HCMC, founded in 2006. Their focus is on custom web applications based on Java, .NET, and PHP.

Their customers are mainly from Switzerland and Germany.

• Manage teams in agile and iterative projects

• Project management and controlling (scope/time/budget)

• Support requirements engineering, and project estimations/offers

• Customer communication

• Coach and promote your team in retrospectives and performance reviews

• Support recruiting process in creating job ads, screen CVs and conduct interviews

• 3+ years of experience in Project Management

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with focus on computer science, information technology, systems development or a related field

• Experience in agile software development methods (Scrum or Kanban) or eager to learn them

• Good spoken and written command of English

• Communicates open and directly

• Positive thinker who creates a dynamic and positive working environment

• Able to break down high level requirements to implement customer needs

• Understands that quality is the most important thing

• Broad knowledge in software development and web application technologies such as Java, .NET and Database Management Systems

• Able to adjust your working time according the project schedule
