We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Head of Business Development to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Develop entry level staff into valuable business development members

Yêu cầu công việc

The ideal candidate would have these experiences and skills:

- A successful track record selling new products to the market
- Experience in sales or business development with international customers and partners all around the world
- Excellent presentation skills, including tech product demo, to potential partners
- High levels of emotional intelligence supporting intellectual curiosity, professionalism, and dynamic conversation to creatively structure partnerships in different ways
- Excellent communication and documentation skills (in English)
- Ability to qualify leads and follow through the entire sales cycle rigorously

It would be nice to have (but not required) if you have experience working in the crypto industry. If you have a growth mindset and can learn quickly, you won’t have any problem with picking up the product.
