We are looking for full stack PHP Developers team responsible for developing a B2C system with both back-end services and front end.
About backend, your primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be responsible to develop and integrating the front-end into the application.
About frontend, you are main in-charge to develop fully frontend application, create HTML/CSS/JS prototype for web application and mobile application.
- Work closely with team related to design and requirements gathering. Make sure fully understand the business process and requirements.
- Follow development standards, policies and procedures are adhered to.
- Responsibility to create design, develop function, unit test, integrate software modules and fix bugs.
- Ensure that all software developed satisfies the functional requirements as specified also non-functional requirement is captured.
- Write “clean”, well-designed code.
- Develop and deploy new features to facilitate related procedures and tools if necessary.
- Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality.
- Willingness to learn new technologies, business, self-motivated, result oriented.

Your Skills and Experience
For frontend developers
- Experience working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Demonstrable knowledge of web technologies including HTML5, CSS3, AJAX, jQuery etc.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX design.
- Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.
- Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to backend.
- Experience working with responsive frameworks, like Bootstrap or Foundation.
- Experience working with React, React Native.
- Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
- Basic knowledge of image authoring tools, to be able to crop, resize, or perform small adjustments on an image. Familiarity with tools such as Gimp or Photoshop is a plus.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as GitHub.
- Good communication, ability to work both independently and as a team worker. Good English command in reading and writing.
For backend developers
- Proven software development with object-oriented PHP programming.
- Understanding of MVC design patterns.
- Strong knowledge of PHP web framework (such as Laravel or CakePHP).
- Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and their declarative query languages (prefer MySQL).
- Understanding accessibility and security compliance.
- The common PHP or web server exploits and their solutions.
- Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.
- User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments.
- Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as GitHub.
- Good communication, ability to work both independently and as a team worker. Good English command in reading and writing.
- Familiar in using CentOS operating systems.
- Familiar in using Docker.
- Leadership skills.
Advantage skills
- Experience in cloud-based deployment (GCE, AWS, Jenkin).
- Have knowledge and experience about system design, code design, review code.
