- Participating with key stake holders in software, such as software leadership team, PMO, software team leads to define and develop software processes.
- Supporting/Coaching teams to follow process that has been defined
- Tracking, monitoring and auditing projects weekly or bi-monthly to ensure they're follow the defined process
- Calculating and analyzing projects’ data to create metric reports
- Working with team on evaluating projects data to solve the issues with highest effectiveness
- Warning/Escalating projects difficulties or issues to PMO or leadership team for getting support
- Following up issues or preventing actions from both sides (PMO and team).

Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree on related area preferred or equivalent experience
- Process QA in software project area or at least 2-3 years of experience working in same position
- Having knowledge about implementation methodology such as CMMI, ITIL
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
- Highly self-motivated and directed
- Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Ability to work greater than and outside of a normal work week as dictated by workload
- Good presentation and facilitation skills
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
- Must be fluent in English (Verbal & Written)
- Ability to travel nationally and internationally
