Tóm tắt công việc

- Quản lý khởi tạo và cung câp dịch vụ xác định, thiết kế, triển khai các giải pháp sáng tạo sử dụng công nghệ RPA
- Xác định các yêu cầu nghiệp vụ, thiết kế chức năng, thiết kế chu trình (bao gồm thiết kế tình huống, flow mapping), prototype, phát triển và kiểm thử
- Phát triển quy trình/công việc mới sử dụng các quy tắc workflow hiệu quả, có quy tắc, bảo trì được và dễ hiểu
- Sử dụng phương thức Agile để cung cấp kết quả nhanh sử dụng phối hợp nhóm
- Báo cáo trạng thái, vấn đề và rủi ro với quản lý

• RPA Technical Consultant to manage initiatives and deliver services that identify, design, and implement creative solutions using Robot Process Automation (RPA) technologies.
• Work in identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, developing, and testing.
• Develop new processes/tasks using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.
• Use Agile methodologies to deliver fast results using team collaboration
• Reports status, issues and risks to supervisor on a regular basis

- Bằng Kỹ sư/khoa học máy tính hoặc Business analysis
- 6 tháng đến 2 năm kinh nghiệm về kỹ sư phần mềm (chúng tôi cũng chào đón người chưa có kinh nghiệm)
- Hiểu rõ các khái niệm lập trình. Cần có nên tảng lập trình với bất kỳ ngôn ngữ nào sau .Net, VB.NET, C#, Java, Python... (prefer .Net)
- Giao tiếp tiếng Anh và tiếng Việt tốt
- Sẵn sang đi công tác

Kỹ năng
- Hứng thú với phần mềm robot và có thể cả trí tuệ nhân tạo, machine learning hoặc robot thông minh
- Có định hướng kỹ thuật và có kinh nghiệm lập trình và hệ thống thông tin
- Kỹ năng cao trong việc tạo cấu hình workflow để thể hiện thiết kế chu trình
- Khả năng học kỹ năng mới và tùy biến để làm nhiều vị trí trong nhóm dựa theo yêu cầu (cross functional) ví dụ như thu thập yêu cầu và thực hiện đào tạo thay vì phát triển
- Có kinh nghiệm và / hoặc hứng thú với lập trình
- Kỹ năng con người mạnh, good teamwork player
- Mong muốn học công nghệ và hệ thống mới
- Kỹ năng phân tích, suy nghĩ logic và giải quyết vấn đề

Các yêu cầu mong muốn nhưng không bắt buộc
- Kinh nghiệm liên quan tới lĩnh vực tư vấn RPA hoặc trong ngành
- Kinh nghiệm với RPA với một trong những nền tảng: UiPath, BluePrism, Automation Anywhere hoặc các nền tảng khác
- Hoàn thành UiPath Foundation Training
- Có kinh nghiệm phát triển VB.net

• A degree in Engineering/Computer Science or Business analysis
• 6 months to 2 years’ experience in software engineering field (we also welcome freshers)
• Understanding of programming concepts. Should be from a programming background on any coding language .Net, VB.NET, C#, Java, Python, ... (prefer .Net)
• Good communication both English and Vietnamese
• Availability to work immediately in Saigon, Vietnam.

Skills
• You are excited about software robotics and possibly also artificial intelligence, machine learning or intelligent robotics
• You are technically oriented and have experience in programming and information systems
• Advanced skills in creating workflows configurations to map process designs
• Ability to learn new skill sets and adapt to work in different roles of the team, based on the needs (cross functional), for example, gather requirements and conducts trainings rather than developing.
• Previous work experience and / or hobby about programming
• Strong interpersonal skills, good teamwork player
• Eagle to learn new system and technology
• Analysis skills, logical thinking and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications but not mandatory:
• Relevant RPA consulting or industry experience
• Experience in Robotic Process Automations (RPA), preferable with one of the market leading RPA platforms: UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere or other
• UiPath Foundation Training Completion
• Experience of VB.net development
