Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or related field
- 5+ years in a software development environment preferably involving cross-team dependencies.
- Have previous experience in leading a team
- Ready to put your hands on to solve the problem
- Have a thorough understanding and appreciation for the Agile values and principles
- Comfortable around people, strong ability to negotiate, influence and provide feedback
- Prefer trusting people and empowerment over micro-management
- Seek continual improvement
- Attitude of transparency
- Fluent English
