As a Product Owner, you’re the bridge between end-users and clients as well as team members. With knowledge and experience varied from Technical, Marketing, Sales, you can quickly catch up the latest trends, understand the needs of users/ clients, and contribute to the success and efficiency of product.
What You'll Do
- Work closely with Strategic Initiatives Director/ Deputy Head to drive strategic initiatives on company marketplace
- Research the market/ users insights and catch up the latest trends to improve/ create products
- Propose timeline and manage project to ensure timeline
- Triage, prioritize, categorize and resolve production impacting incidents
- Provide solutions/ technical guidance/ support documents for clients and internal teams
- Maintain knowledge about products, be the direct line between operations and product teams

Your Skills and Experience
- Vietnam Citizen/ Foreigner/ Undergraduate with IT major
- 1-4 years of overall experience in technical support/troubleshooting experience or adtech
- Fluent in HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a must.
- Knowledge of VAST, VPAID, ad servers, DSPs, ad exchanges, and SSPs is a plus but not required.
- Experience in analyzing issues, distilling and communicating their relevant aspects
- Strong problem-solving/analytical skills, initiative, eagerness to learn
- Experience using various web debugging tools, such as Charles, Firebug, Fiddler, Chrome tools, etc
- Detail-oriented and well organized, with a good sense of responsibility
- Good communication skills especially with respect to explaining technical ideas in a simple manner and using precision of language when referring to specific concepts.
