- Provide help-desk support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction
- Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT help-desk
- Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the local workstation
- Document internal procedures
- Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software
- Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses
- Report issues to the Manager for escalation
- Assist and maintenance System server, Internet connection more stable
- Assist implementing and monitoring AD server, mail server, DHCP, DNS, Files server, Printer, …
- Managing Camera, Access card system,

- Experience in computer hardware, software, local network…
- Experience in Domain controller, MAC OS, and mobile device.
- Experience in graphic design software: Autodesk 3DS MAX, MAYA (install, error fixing…)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or related field
- 2 years of relevant technical experience
