Tóm tắt công việc
- Tìm hiểu/ đánh giá hệ thống quản trị dữ liệu, phần mềm kế toán tại các đơn vị trong Tập đoàn
- Phân tích nghiệp vụ/ phân tích yêu cầu xây dựng hệ thống nhằm đưa ra các kiến nghị/ giải pháp đảm bảo hệ thống phản ánh đầy đủ dữ liệu, phục vụ yêu cầu quản trị nội bộ về tài chính - kế toán và yêu cầu của Tập đoàn
- Phối hợp với các phòng ban/ đơn vị triển khai xây dựng/ cải tiến quy trình, quy định để quản trị dữ liệu theo yêu cầu tài chính kế toán và yêu cầu chung của Tập đoàn
- Theo sự phân công của trưởng phòng, trong các công việc dưới đây
+ Rà soát tình trạng quản lý giữ liệu hệ thống của các công ty con trong tập đoàn
+ Lập báo cáo hiện trạng sau khi kiểm tra.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành hệ thống thông tin quản lý, tài chính, kế toán, ...
- Có tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm triển khai dự án ERP tại các công ty phần mềm triển khai ERP (FPT IS, Naviworld, SAP, …) thuộc các phân hệ về tài chính - kế toán
- Có kiến thức về cơ sở dữ liệu như Oracle, Mysql, Mssql ...
- Có hiểu biết về công cụ quản trị Master Data Management
