As a .NET Leader, you will join an experienced team and reach you full potential by developing innovative products. What will you be responsible for?
- Collaborate with other leaders towards improving a fulfilling the technical direction.
- Lead and conduct training to empower engineers to achieve a greater level of programming skill.
- Be primary contact point for technical integration.
- Work and support DevOps team to provision, and maintain environments.
- Align on technical quality KPIs and ensure they are well applied in your team.
- Participate in Agile software development, prototyping, and code review with international development teams to build scalable microservices-based product.
- Work with delivery teams to achieve success through development using CI/CD and DevOps practices, processes and tooling.
- Provide robust coding practices and solid unit and component test coverage, and code debugging.
- Be pro-active and initiate continuous improvement.
As a senior developer, you will:
- Develops websites and web applications on ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and CMS such as SiteCore, Kentico, Sitefinity, Umbraco.
- Participate in all phases of the development life-cycle
- Write well-structured, efficient, clean and testable source code
- Write and perform Unit Test for your code
- Enhances and maintains operational websites
- Assists in technical scoping and quotes during the pitch process
- Coordinates plans and revises appropriate effort to meet changing project needs and requirements
- Keeps project manager well informed of status of development effort.
- Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion
- Trains/mentors developer other team members if and when required

Your Skills and Experience
Must to have:
- 6+ years’ experience working in Software Development
- Solid experiencein Agile development environments
- Solid experience with ASP.NET MVC, MSSQL.
- Experience with SiteCore, Kentico, Sitefinity, Umbraco.
- Experience with OOP, design patterns, software development best practices
- Proficient understanding of code version tools, such as Git, SVN
- Experience in JavaScript, jQuery, HTML
- Good teamwork and high responsibility
- Well-versed in writing structured, well-documented, maintainable, and clean code;
- Excellent in problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience in leading and coaching at least one software engineering team on various projects.
- Strong understanding of standard Software Engineering processes, Testing, and Agile methodology.
- Strong English communication skills (both verbal & written), especially in the global software development environment.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of CMS and other web based system
- Experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is Plus
- Certified in SiteCore is a BIG PLUS.
Certified in Kentico, Sitefinity, Umbraco is a plus.
