Job role:

As a Data Analyst, you would be empowering the organization to make data-driven decisions. Your role will involve driving initiatives to optimize for operational excellence and performance.

• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to provide dashboards and reports on business performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in Business Solutions Consulting, Marketing and Business Units to make data-driven decisions.
• Develop solutions for automated dashboards and reports so that business users can quickly and accurately see how key business operations and processes are performing.
• Designing dashboards and reports that anticipate business users’ need and help them make better decisions.
• Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that ensure data quality.
• Maintain data integrity by promoting a "Single Point of Truth".
• Integrate data across a variety of different source types to develop, generate and maintain dashboards and reports to support business functions.

• Bachelors or Masters in a quantitative field (such as Engineering, Statistics, Math, Economics, or Computer Science with Modeling/ Data Science).
• 3+ years of experience working as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst.
• Experience in e-commerce or retail industry.
• Familiar with database technologies and tools for statistical analysis, data warehousing, transformation and processing.
• Extensive knowledge, work experience of quantitative and qualitative data analysis, data modeling, report development.
• Ability to analyze large data sets, both qualitative and quantitative.
• Highly organized with strong work ethic.
• Excellent communications skills, especially presentation skills.
• Ability to work across functions.
