Tóm tắt công việc

- Developing software or web applications for Japanese customers.
- Analyze client requirements, master development framework, perform design,coding and testing.
- Maintain existing application.
- Make research and development (finding solution for difficult issues, studying new software, reading technical articles, searching new development environment...).
- Other task assignment by the company.

※ Tùy vào từng vị trí/vai trò trong dự án sẽ trao đổi cụ thể khi phỏng vấn
- Lập trình phát triển phần mềm/Web ứng dụng cho thị trường Nhật Bản.
- Phân tích yêu cầu khách hàng, phân tích hệ thống, viết tài liệu thiết kế chi tiết cho hệ thống.
- Lập kế hoạch test, viết tài liệu test và thực thi test.
- Thực hiện nghiên cứu và phát triển (tìm giải pháp cho các vấn đề khó khăn, nghiên cứu công nghệ mới, đọc tài liệu kỹ thuật, tìm kiếm môi trường phát triển mới ...)
- Quản lý team và tiến độ dự án, thường xuyên Q&A với khách hàng để làm rõ yêu cầu dự án.
※ Tùy vào kinh nghiệm và khả năng ngoại ngữ, có thể đảm nhận các vai trò là BrSE, SE, PG trong dự án.

- Bachelor/College degree in IT, Computer science or equivalent
- At least 2 years experience (for senior level upper) or 1 year (for junior level) in developing software or web applications.
- Strong experience in the following technologies:
+ Java
+ .Net (C#, VB.Net, ASP.NET)
+ PHP
+ VB 6.0
- Strong proficiency with SQL Server (SQL agent, SQL services).
- Good knowledge of AJAX, JSON, Apache Cordova, SignalR, Windows Azure.
- Knowledge or able to use UML (Requirements, Technical…)
- Able to read and understand with document of Japanese (at least N5 level)
- Be able to communicate, read, write and understand specifications in English
- Teamwork, able to work independently
